A Coast Guard boatcrew from Station Bellingham, Wash., rescues two men after their canoe capsized in Portage Channel near Lummi Island, Washington, Saturday morning. Pacific Northwest’s Bellingham rescue took third and gives you a front row seat as a Coast Guard crew from Station Bellingham, Washington, rescue two young men after their canoe overturned.
